...Joe, the owner, knew immediately what my issues were and had available specific recomendations to address my shoe concerns. And, although I was willing to send to him my shoes for for extensive work, Joe stated that the extra expenses were not necessary, because he had products available that were inexpensive that would work just as fine, and it did. My order arrived promptly and because of his integrity and master crafsmenship over the years, I will continue to do business with shoe care supplies in the years ahead. Highly recommend!!!
