I appreciate that these heel grips are thin and easy to apply, however, they do not seem to be made of corduroy they seem to be made of a synthetic fiber.

When one foot is a bit smaller than the other, shopping for shoes can be a real headache. Most heel grips are too thick, but this thinner corduroy grips are exactly what are needed. You won’t find them in stores unless you live near a cobbler. Unfortunately cobblers are few and far between these days.
