Dear Joe:
I received my order Wednesday January 17, 2024 that was placed on January 8, 2024.
In my order, as you know, were five(5) different Saphir products. On the back of each Saphir product is a different expiration date. As an illustration, the Saphir Creme-Surfine 50ml-Black (#01) is 04/23-04/28. Each product has a expiration date of a five (5) year increment. Four of each Saphir products have an in-date range.
Except the Saphir Cordovan Creme Polish 50ml-Black expiration date is 12/16-12/21.
I am asking to swap the expired product for the identical in-date product. I will gladly return the expired product,,,but I do not want to pay the shipping. If you would prefer to examine the expired return product, please send me a type of pre-paid label.
