I have used your shoe dye several times. I have boring orthopedic shoes. I dyed one pair purple. Dyed my grand daughter's book back lavender. Get compliments on every pair of shoes I have changed the color. It lasts and doesn't scuff off. I love the dye and recommend it to everyone who asks.

I used this dye on a pair of brown nubuck boots - including the laces- and it's an excellent product; easy to use, my boots look like I bought them that color, and everything has remained soft and pliable. The brush and the bottle are the same length, so it gets a little messy towards the end, I recommend wearing gloves.

Wonderful service, speedy delivery, but the product sucks..Used both bottles and I still need more, attempted to cover dark brown suede with black, doesn't work that well..

This product is easy to use, but it will not dye your shoes black. It will darken the color or it will renew black shoes, but will not make brown shoes black. The product is mis-named as a dye and should just be called a color renewer. It works very well for that purpose.

Two coats did not cover	May 31, 2013

I used two coats of black dye to cover dark brown. These were new shoes. It was easy to apply, I had ordered two bottles so I had enough for two coats with enough left over for one more coat. So far the boots are a very dark brown, but definitely brown and not black. Not satisfied with the coverage.
