Prompt shipping. I had to order a bunch of sizes and hope for the best. The material is durable but was able to cut down to size. Sent plenty of nails to tap in. They make DIY easy!

WALKING AN AVERAGE OF FIVE MILES A DAY ON CONCRETE HAS REQUIRED ME TO SAVE THE HEALS ON MY BOOTS. REPLACING HEAL PLATES IS MUCH CHEAPER THAN GETTING NEW HEALS EVERY 90 DAYS. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRODUCT AND THE EXPERT ADVICE FROM SHOE CARE SUPPLIES.

These are great quality heel savers. Ordered the large size. Came with a nice supply of the little nails to apply them too! Perfect for my husband's dress shoes.
Ordered heel savers and a variety of shoe polishes. The products are great quality. Shoe Care Supplies also has a nice variety of shoe care products on their website.
This company also has excellent customer care.
