1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. For shipping fees to Canada, see * under Shipping, below. SHIPPING: Shipping is available to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO's and Canada. Our standard shipping method anywhere in the U.S. is Priority Mail by the US Postal Service. Some large orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to ship with a different carrier. Orders shipped to Canada will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. *Standard USPS rates will be calculated once you place an item in your shopping cart, and will re-calculate if you continue to add more items to your cart. Shipping fees to Canada are for shipping only. Any import taxes, duties, etc. are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to ship with a different carrier. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Shipment to P.O. Boxes: If you would like your order to be shipped to a P.O. Box, we will use the US Postal Service. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses cannot be tracked beyond delivery to California or New York. Shoe Care Supplies cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you require shipment to these addresses. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Restrictions on Air Shipping: Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation by the U.S. Postal Service. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an on-board fire, or other mishap. Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans, such as spray dyes and leather care sprays. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products. |

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
